Configuring the Leap Portlet on the WebSphere Portal page

After the Leap Portlet is installed into a WebSphere® Portal page, you must configure it to define Leap and WebSphere Portal Ajax proxy locations.

To configure the portlet, you must have Administrative privileges. Ensure the WebSphere Portal page is in Edit mode.

  1. Click the menu icon for the portlet name, and select Configure.
  2. Update the values on the Configure page:
    • Leap URL: The full URL for the location of your Leap installation. For example: http://server:port/apps.
      Note: The URL must match the Leap URL in proxy-config.xml file when you configured the WebSphere Portal Ajax proxy. For more information, see Setting up the proxy configuration in WebSphere Portal .
    • Portal Proxy URL: The full URL to the WebSphere Portal Ajax proxy. For example http://portal-server:port/wps/proxy.
  3. Click OK to save your changes.
