If you choose Deploy Forms API during the installation of Webform Server, sample forms and sample programs with source code are included.
To use the Webform Server samples, you must first install the samples onto your server and know the port number of the WebSphere® Application Server where the sample applications have been installed. See Installing the Webform Server samples and Checking the port number for instructions.
The servlet sample is in the Samples.war WAR file in the directory <Webform Server install location>\samples\servlet.
The portlet sample is in the WebformPortletSample.war WAR file in the directory <Webform Server install location>\samples\portlet
To view the source code for the samples, extract the files from the web archive and navigate to the samples folder: \WEB-INF\classes\com\ibm\form\webform\samples.
The sample forms demonstrate certain features of XFDL and how to implement them for use with Webform Server. They can be accessed with the sample servlet.
